Senior Research Fellow, RoRI and Professor, University of Sheffield

Tom is Professor of Cognitive Science at the University of Sheffield, where he is also University Research Practice Lead. His longstanding research interests in learning, bias and decision making have expanded to include metaresearch and research improvement. He joined RoRI as a Senior Research Fellow in 2022.
